We request information from the user on our order form. Here a user must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information
(like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill customer’s orders. If we have trouble processing an order,
this contact information is used to get in touch with the user.

Some of our business partners use cookies on our site (for example, advertisers). However, we have no access to or control over these cookies.

Log Files

Tell-A-Friend
If a user elects to use our referral service for informing a friend about our site, we ask them for the friend’s name and email address. NWA IT Solutions LLC will
automatically send the friend a one-time email inviting them to visit the site. NWA IT Solutions LLC stores this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email. The friend may contact NWA IT Solutions LLC at support@nwaitsolutions.com. to request the removal of this information from their database.

Security
This website takes every precaution to protect our users’ information. When users submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both
online and off-line.

When our registration/order form asks users to enter sensitive information (such as credit card number and/or social security number), that information is encrypted and is protected with the best encryption software in the industry - SSL. While on a secure page, such as our order form, the lock icon on the bottom of Web browsers such as Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer becomes locked, as opposed to un-locked, or open, when you are just ‘surfing’. While we use SSL encryption to protect sensitive information online, we also do everything in our power to protect user-information off-line. All of our users’
information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for
example, our billing clerk or a customer service representative) are granted access to personally identifiable information. Our employees must use password-protected screen-savers when they leave their desk. When they return, they must re-enter their password to re-gain access to your information. Furthermore, ALL employees are kept up-to-date on our security and privacy practices. Every quarter, as well as any time new policies are added, our employees are notified and/or reminded about the importance we place on privacy, and what they can do to ensure our customers’ information is protected. Finally, the servers that we store personally identifiable information on are kept in a secure environment, behind a locked cage.

Site and Service Updates
We also send the user site and service announcement updates. Members are not able to un-subscribe from service announcements, which contain important information about the service. We communicate with the user to provide requested services and in regards to issues relating to their account via email or phone.

If a user’s personally identifiable information changes (such as your zip code), or if a user no longer desires our service, we will endeavor to provide a way to correct, update or remove that user’s personal data provided to us. Part III. E-mail
Sending unsolicited mail messages, including, without limitation, commercial advertising and informational announcements, is explicitly prohibited. A user shall not use another site's mail server to relay mail without the express permission of the site.

Any mailings that result in complaints about the following will be treated as a violation of our acceptable use policy and will result in penalty fees and possible
service suspension, or even cancellation:

SPAM from our network (using our SMTP services or a server running SMTP services on our network)

SPAM from a non-NWA IT network, promoting a website that is hosted on our services (using a non NWA IT SMTP service)

In order to have a mailing list that is not considered SPAM by NWA IT Solutions LLC, the following terms must be met.

Emails addresses can not be purchased from non-opt in lists and then used for advertisement. If you purchase a list that claims to be opt-in but is indeed
"mass mail, non-opt in lists", we have to treat this as not being an opt-in list. We recommend you send a preliminary "confirm your optin status" email before mass emailing a list.
